Martin Noes
Martin Noes is moving into the project manager's office - he is our newest project manager.
Some of you may be thinking: "Haven't we seen him before." And that's absolutely true; Until now, Martin has been in our technical department in a position as a production technologist.
As we were looking for a new project manager, to our surprise, we found Martin's application in the pile. And although he had to go through the usual hiring process on an equal footing with the other applicants, the choice fell on him because of his great professionalism, commitment and experience in the industry.
Martin has many years of experience with our customers and projects. Before he chose to further his education as a production technologist, he worked as both a blacksmith and senior installer at Aquagain.
We are happy to be the workplace that can continue to fulfill Martin's wishes to develop academically and professionally within the waste water industry and that we can benefit from his abilities in new challenges.
Keld Jacobsen
We are very happy to be able to welcome Keld Jacobsen as sales engineer, where his tasks include preparing project offers and nurturing the relationship with our customers.
He complements our organization with very strong skills and will be a solid sparring partner in the sales team.
Keld's CV is long and impressive with experience in both the offshore and waste water industry. Keld was originally trained as a blacksmith, which we reagard as a big advantage. Over the years, Keld has furthered his education and built a strong profile with skills within project and personnel management, business organization, communication, technical maintenance and operating technology.
Keld lives in Esbjerg with his wife Lene. Together they have 2 grown-up daughters, both of whom have started families in North Jutland, which is why Keld tries to make the trip north regularly - especially because the 3 grandchildren soon will become 4.
Keld is a company commander in the Home Guard, which takes up quite some of his waking hours. Keld keeps busy on his mountain bike, where he is a frequent guest on the many tracks in Esbjerg and the surrounding area.
Keld asked us to say that he is happy to be back in the waste water industry and is looking forward to meeting and talking to former customers and colleagues.
