Efficient and complete RoFAS solution for Indre Østfold Recycling Station

Aquagain has just completed an exciting delivery and installation of a complete HUBER RoFAS septic receiving system for Indre Østfold Renovasjon in Norway – in collaboration with Askim Entreprenør.

RoFAS (Rotamat® Septic Sludge Receiving System) is an efficient solution for the reception and treatment of septic sludge and screenings. The system is designed to ensure clean, odour-free, and reliable handling of incoming materials – even under demanding conditions. The robust, rotating drum technology ensures stable and clog-free operation, enabling the processing of even challenging materials.

For the project at Indre Østfold Renovasjon, we delivered the entire installation – including piping, flow meter, and container – and naturally ensured a smooth start-up. Thanks to intelligent, force-guided material transport inside the drum, the system offers both high hydraulic capacity and effective washing and dewatering via an integrated HUBER WAP® wash press.

The result? A robust and efficient receiving station with high operational reliability and minimal maintenance – tailored to local needs and designed for the future.
